Like the internet company that wants me to pay for 15 months’ access all in one go because they forgot to charge me for it for 15 months. They’d been charging me for the telephone service for 15 months, but not the internet, and I hadn’t noticed. I got a bill for £350 and they wanted it all in one go. I’m still waiting for a comment from a senior member of staff. Who are the internet company? Well I’m not going to say until I’ve given up on them dealing with their mess in a way that doesn’t make me suffer so much. If they don’t deal with it soon it will be common knowledge – and not just on here…
Their customer service, so far, has been woeful. They ought to be ashamed. I finally got an email address for a senior member of staff – it bounced. That might be a problem to do with gmail and the internet company’s spam filter, which doesn’t seem to be properly set up. It could be a problem with gmail though, so I’ll reserve judgement on that. I got an email through in the end.
Also lazy spammers annoy me. Spam is annoying, but when they are lazy? I got an email from a “nice young girl” who “just wanted to chat. Her name, according to the email address she’d stolen, was Edward. A “nice young girl” called Edward?
